Just as all Africans are born entrepreneurs, there’s a book waiting in all of us. I put pen to paper in a bid to get to grips with everything unfolding around me after a shocking cancer diagnosis. The result of which is Kale, Quinoa & Chemo, an incredible therapy, a compassion for self and a slightly better understanding of being Human. I hope that through that journey you will be able to pick up something useful for your journey. Otherwise, just come along for the ride anyway.

This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an expected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all
